1. Eligibility

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Pulsz or its partners may be restricted from playing or entering sweepstakes. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Virtual Currencies
Pulsz uses two virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are for entertainment play only and have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Sweeps Coins are used to enter sweepstakes for real prizes. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins. They may be awarded through promotions, social media contests, mail-in requests, or as bonuses with Gold Coin purchases.
4. Purchases
Gold Coin purchases are optional and final. Prices are displayed before checkout. Payment methods depend on your location and verification status. All purchases must be made by the account holder using a payment method they are authorized to use.
Pulsz is not responsible for charges applied by your bank or payment provider. If a purchase fails or is duplicated, contact support with transaction details.
5. Redemption
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for real prizes once the minimum balance and verification requirements are met. Redemptions are subject to review and may require identity verification. Pulsz may refuse redemption if fraud or abuse is suspected.
Redemptions are typically processed to the same method used for purchases or by bank transfer. Processing times are estimates and may vary.
6. Promotions and Bonuses
All promotions are subject to their own terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated. Abuse of promotions, including multi-accounting, may result in forfeiture of coins and account closure.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Create multiple accounts.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating software.
- Attempt to manipulate games, outcomes, or leaderboards.
- Engage in fraud, collusion, money laundering, or abuse.
- Harass other players, staff, or third parties.
- Sell, trade, or transfer accounts or virtual currencies.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, game designs, logos, and software on Pulsz are owned by Pulsz or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of Pulsz is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described there.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pulsz provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Gold Coins in the preceding 12 months, where applicable. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
12. Governing Law
